Hi Martin,

You made great progress. Congratulations.

You don't need any protein supplements to build your muscles. I build

muscles as big as I want without any supplements on a 100% raw food diet

that is low in fat with no problems.

I know of at least three personal trainers who are 100% raw and also eat

low fat. They have big muscles. You can see one of them at

www.matthewgrace.com. That means little in the way of nuts, seeds and

avocados. All you really need to do is to eat more raw food if you are

hungry. The only way to make the muscle grow is by lifting weights or

some kind of resistance against your muscles.

I've found that all the extra protein is not needed at all. This is well

backed up by the sports science community that has many articles that

say the need for protein supplementation isn't needed. These are just

myths believed to be true by all the weight lifters. I've seen some

incredibly muscular men on a 100% raw food diet without protein

supplementation. Dr. Timothy Trader is another example. He gained 50

pounds of muscle on a raw diet.

I don't recommend you follow the advice from the book, Raw Power either.

This guy is overweight and eats an 80% or more of calories as fat. That

can lead to serious disease as well as leaving you with very little

energy.
