Hi Rusty,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I prefer a combination tea of Dandelion root and Milk thistle seed, to both

cleanse the liver and restore optimum liver function. Just clean the roots and

chop them fine berfore making the tea.

When the root is chopped fine, how much root do you use to a cup of tea or

does it matter? If using the MIlk thistle seed with it, what's the ratio for

that? For how many days would you drink this and how many cups a day?

Bentonite clay and psyllium husk

will draw the toxins and impacted matter from the intestinal walls and oat

bran will sweep it through. With all fibre it's important to have both the

mop and broom [soluble and insoluble.]

Would you take the psyllium husk and oak bran together?

Thanks for your patience with all my questions!

Absolutely. I just put a tablespoonfull of each in a half glassful of water

and shake the vigoursly for a few seconds and then just gulp it down and

chase with another glass of water.

Try that twice a day for a few days and then back off to once every couple

of days.

Hi,

Have not had chance to post yet...but " lurk " a little. I have always had a

fondness for dandelion tea..I love the " roasted " flavor. I am a complete

newborn to raw foods (been a vegetarian for 4 years).

How do I do tea? Can I boil still? Or should I just immerse in water, like

suntea?

Thanks!
