Chad is the raw chef Roxanne Klien hired as a consultant to create recipes for her upscale raw restaurant, Roxanne’s, which has been praised in Gourmet Magazine, NT Times, Boston Globe, LA Times and Forbes Magazine, to name a few. He is an amazing raw chef. He also spent a year working for Dr. Gabriel Cousens at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center, so he knows a lot about balancing the diet for mental and emotional well-being as well as physical health.
