Guest guest Posted April 11, 2003 Report Share Posted April 11, 2003 i am really concerned about losing weight. i was interested if raw food is the way to go. is it possible to eat too many avacados/seeds/nuts? does the raw food diet help with food addictions? how much fat should i be eating? also.. is " Food for Life " 's EZEKIEL bread considered raw? anyone that can help me out, i would greatly appreciate it. thankyou! Start with two or three avocados a day but later cut down to one Eat nuts and seeds sparingly. Eat lots of green And fruit in the morning. Greens are good with avocados. But fruit should not really be mixed with fats. That is a generalization.
