I'd say, go with what feels best for you. If you are doing fine with

some cooked veggies in your diet, don't be too absolute in trying to

stick to 100 % raw. That will only make your raw journey a bumpy one,

one where you are never totally satisfied with what you eat.

On fruit: I eat fruit after dinner. I know it's not recommended in

terms of food combining, but I've found that denser fruit (banana,

dates) are fine even right after a meal. I often have a banana or two

just before going to bed, too - no harm done there. Actually, Marilyn

Diamond writes in her book Fitonics that banana is the perfect " night

fruit " that will guarantee you a good night's sleep. Don't know if

it's the bananas but I sleep very well :)

Go and find out what works for you.

Greetings, Nan

Sure the NH books are full of warnings, but I still think it's best

to try what works for each individual. I enjoy reading the books and

getting the knowledge, but in the end I want to find it out myself.

Sort of " I don't believe it before I see it " . This of course does not

mean that I'd eat rat poison to find out what it does for me.
