Guest guest Posted March 23, 2003 Report Share Posted March 23, 2003 Hi everyone, I need some advice. I have just finished my third month raw. This has been a tough month. I was at 90% the first half and then started dropping to 60% until a week ago. Finally I got it together and am hovering at 75% which is what I have been at previously. The thing is that I am fine raw all day until dinner time around 5pm. I cook for my family and I have half a plate of cooked and salad. Now that is not a lot of cooked in a day if I could stop there but I don't. Once I have had that little bit of cooked I want more! I am trying to listen to my body and it has been saying that it is ok to eat fruit (infact it is wanting fruit) after dinner. BUt I don't want to eat fruit after dinner as I worry the sugar will keep me up at night. Is that true, does anyone eat fruit after dinner and into the night? Do you sleep well. The other thing I feel my body is telling me is to go 99.9% raw by dropping the cooked meal and eating fruit at night. hmmm I just couldn't stomach a third salad at night but I am beginning to think going 99.9% raw would be easier than daily battles with cooked food.
