There is an interesting paper written by a vet who got into research

about nutrition and health. It can be downloaded on his website

http://www.dogtorj.com, click " The Answer " on the left.

If the rawfood-group owner allows, I could upload this file in the

files-section of this group for easy reading.

Greetings, Nanna

Did anyone read DogtorJ's paper? No? You should, it really opened my

eyes on wheat and dairy.

I'd be curious to know what is list peoples' opinion on the following

food items, health-wise that is:

* grains

* dairy

* refined sugars

* coffee

* tea

What do you think is the baddest of the bad? What else is an absolute

no-no and why?
