Guest guest
My dear raw fooders, Well I finally reached my goal. It feels like an anti-climax because I am feeling very well but a little slow. I think I am afraid of going back to my old diet. This has been a very nice trip thanks to you. I am undecided whether to go on to day 10 or start to come down tomorrow. It seems I could go on forever but I've got to come down sometime. I think coming down is very important. I tell myself it is important to come down slowly; to start on raw vegetable juices for three days, then move to raw vegetable and fruit juices for two days, then move to raw fruit and vegetables. The problem is I don't feel the slightest bit hungry so I suppose I will start off very slowly. Probably any change is scary so changing from water for nine days to raw fruit and vegetables is scary too. Yes, I feel a little scared. Will I do it well? I'll let you know. Victor. Guest guest
Victor, Be not discouraged. With a certainty of one your appetite will return. The old diet is for the bin. I suspect that it is a good time to break the fast now and do another in three or six months if you do not make the transition to a raw diet. Also do not panic about the odd bit of lapsing. It does not matter Peter BadDog <baddogvt [baddogvt] 23 February 2003 07:04 rawfood [Raw Food] Re: Day 9 What Happened to you? You stopped talking... tell us how you're doing please!
