Get Sunfood Success System by David Wolfe from Amazon for example - it

did get out of print. He has theories that go beyond diet which never

much appealed to me although they may also be good. His suggestions for

transition are great. Later you might want to trim the vegetable fat

intake.

On you diet, try to separate the sweet from the fat. Thus dried fruits

and nuts are a bad mix. There are those that say nuts should not be

eaten and those who say they should be soaked until they are soft. The

argument is that in their natural environment they have enzyme

inhibitors which stop growth unless humidity is sustained. These

inhibitors can interfere with the enzymes in your system. On the other

side there are those who suggest that it is unnatural to have so many

enzymes pouring through the system. It sends one into growth and

procreation mode. Eat the seed and go to seed. Natural aphrodisiac!

So take your pick

[Raw Food] Diet plan - some oppinions?

I have wanted to make the transition to 100% raw for months now, but

i'm not quite sure I'll get it right. I would like to get some

oppinions from the people who've been 100% raw for a while - tell me

what you think would be missing from this plan: 3 or 4 pieces of

fruit for breakfast, two big salads(one for lunch and one for

dinner), dried fruits, nut milks and the occasional sprouts

for " inbetweens " . would you recomend anything else?

Thank you.
