Guest guest Posted February 17, 2003 Report Share Posted February 17, 2003 I have wanted to make the transition to 100% raw for months now, but i'm not quite sure I'll get it right. I would like to get some oppinions from the people who've been 100% raw for a while - tell me what you think would be missing from this plan: 3 or 4 pieces of fruit for breakfast, two big salads(one for lunch and one for dinner), dried fruits, nut milks and the occasional sprouts for " inbetweens " . would you recomend anything else?
