Guest guest
Dear Peter and all raw fooders, Here we are, almost at the end of day three. Wow, I have tremendous focused energy today. I got a lot done and interacted with quite a few people. I feel no hunger. The physical slowness of yesterday has been replaced by physical fastness. However it is a focused fastness that enables me to do things. I am probably a little bit too fast but that may taper off as I move towards day nine. I am probably a little too fast because I am finding it more difficult to relax. I am drinking a lot of water. I wonder where it is all going. I am sleeping well, about nine hours. I have only six more days of the water fast to go. Looks like I might make it. Then have my blood pressure measured. I feel you are looking over my shoulder like guardian angels. I will write to you again tomorrow. Victor. Postscript: I don't think, Peter, I will ever go back to coffee. When I gave it up, I went through withdrawal symptoms. So it's addictive. rawfood , " Peter Gardiner " <petergardiner@e...> wrote: > Victor4, > > In the bad old days I used to drink 20 cups of coffee in a day. Coffee > is bad news for your health. Guest guest
Great news. You have gone into " ketosis " drawing on body fat and burning. A lot of toxins will come out at the same time. I found that the reflexes certainly sharpened up once into a fast but long term concentration was not so good. I guess that the hunting instinct is heightened in this mode all part of primeval survival. Do you notice how food can be smelled at 200 yards?
