Guest guest
Roger, This may seem slow on the uptake. You will recall those guidelines for eating raw which you posted after attending a meeting on raw foodism. My records have been wiped out by a data crash, Guidelines as I recall were: 1. Do not eat anything that requires a tool for access. This element trimmed roots and many other items 2. Do not eat anything unless you are happy to make a meal out of it 3. There was something about protective clothing to keep us away from honey as I recall. I wonder whether there is not a case for adding " If 30 seconds of munching does not reduce the food to a liquid then it probably is not good food. " This certainly puts the lid on seeds, grains meat, grass and a whole lot more. Most cooked substances wind up a paste or a packet of rubbish for swallowing after that amount of time. Does this strike a chord? Peter
