DO WE NEED VITAMIN B12 INJECTIONS OR VITAMIN B12 SUPPLEMENTS?

Unfortunately, most people, who eat all kinds of diets, have

been so brainwashed by the pharmaceutical, surgical and junk

food industries, that they become paranoically fearful. They

fear that they do not get enough Vitamin B12 and other essential

nutrients in the foods, they presently eat.

 

Forget and ignore all that lying, marketing propaganda. Just

eat raw, unprocessed foods with adequate calories, and you can

completely ignore any fearful thoughts that you are not getting

enough Vitamin B12 or essential nutrients. Generally speaking,

the nutritional problem is not that you are eating foods that

contain insufficiently adequate Vitamin B12 and other essential

nutrients. The problem usually, is that you are not satisfactorily

absorbing and metabolizing the Vitamin B12 and other essential

nutrients from the foods, that you are presently eating. You can

eat all the foods that you choose to eat, that contain tons of

Vitamin B12 and other essential nutrients. Unless you correct

your ability to absorb this Vitamin B12 and other essential

nutrients, your body will always be deficient in these nutrients.

 

These are the only criteria you need to observe, to insure that

you are in good health and to able to improve your health. Look

in the mirror daily, in the nude. Observe every part of your

body. Any part of your body that does not look satisfactory to

you, then improve it, by proper feeling meditation, intense

exercise and nude sunbathing. Make sure, you look well, feel

well and are functioning well. Never do anything that does

not improve you. Never do anything from which you may need

to recover. Every moment counts in one's life.
