Guest guest
Hey, My name is Susan. I'm new to this group, and to raw foods. I'm not completely raw yet, though working towards eating more living foods. I'm 22, and live in Orlando. I'm interested in alternative medicine and treatments, as opposed to the drugs and what-not given by doctors. About a week ago, I banged my elbow on the edge of my door and experienced pain in my 'funny bone'. Tje nerves in my hand and arm started hurting shortly afterwards, and I think it was related. I looked online, and there is an ulnar nerve that is located in that area. I was wondering if anyone knew of therapies to help nerve damage. Maybe some natural anti-inflammatory foods. Thanks, Susan
