Hello,

 

I'm 30, 6'5, 247#... I have been eating 95% raw for 3 weeks and am

feeling great. I am into a serious weight training program in hopes

to build some muscle mass while losing my goal of 30# of fat. Does

anyone have any information or suggestions that may help me to build

muscle mass while losing fat on this diet? Thank! I really

appreciate any help you could be.

 

One other thing... The only non raw food I am eating is yogrut and

granola on occasion. How bad is this? Should I just cut it out, or

continue on the way I have been eating?

 

If anyone is looking for some friends, I'm new to northern Vermont

and am looking for pals in the area or chat pals online... especially

people who are into the raw diet. Email me if you wanna chat.

Hi,

 

You may find the book " Raw Power " by Stephen Arlin helpful in

muscle building tips. The below mentioned discussion board talks

about raw and athletic performance.
