Many in the rawfood community are into this and I have been contemplating it myself for some time now. In my research I have come across several sites about the dangers of colloidal silver including one from a woman who was doing it with rather ghastly results. Any thoughts? Thanks! I understand that if anyone turns blue it is because of the process. Adding salt or saline to the solution makes silver chloride. Different! The water must also be distilled. Purity is the key.
