Hello all good spirits of peace and wisdom. I'm Albert

and i wanted to say a little about my " self " (which i

don't abelieve beleive exists).I'm infinite yet i

reside in a 37 earth year body,i'm a father of 2 boys

one Sequoia 10 and the other Bhakti 3.i am currently

working towards world peace through individual

enlightenment, communal evolution and social

responsibility.i honor and share the essential

teachings and practice of mindfulness and meditation

as well as emotional growth work,deep listening,deep

looking,co-creation and estactic joy that is our

inherent true nature.i'm 100% raw and living foodist

and i teach,speak and consult with others who are

interested in living their highest potential.my

greatest inspiration is the motivation to serve all

beings and all forms of life(including my " self " )till

every single blade of grass and every grain of sand is

enlightened,which is why i take a LONGTERM view of

ultimate reality.i am one of the 4 founding members of

Green Sun a business and organization dedicated to

these ideals and the organizers of the Living Now

Festival of Healing and Transformation.i deeply love

all life and if i ever get the pleasure to be graced

by your presence i'm sure i'd take one long look into

your eyes and fall completely in love with you.

May everyone born or unborn,weak or strong dwell in

perfection

May everyone be safe from harm and have a beloved

sanctuary they call home

May everyone have all the vital causes and conditions

of longevity and powerful health

May everyone know and share Lovingkindness,Compassion

and gentleness

May everyone's hearts and minds be calm and at peace

May everyone be abundantly prosperous and have all

their needs and higher desires fullfilled

May everyone treat one another and the natural

environments of the whole cosmos with true

respect,love and wisdom

May everyone attain complete and universal

enlightenment for the sole purpose of realizing and

manifesting heavenly states of existence for the

benefit of all life everywhere

in all our thoughts and actions,wherever we go

whatever we do,let us purify our hearts and minds with

his boundless love so our kindness will pervade the

entire universe

whether standing or walking

sitting or lying down

sleeping or awake

as long as living beings exist may we cultivate this

minfulness of love in our hearts

this is a Noble and Beautiful way of living
