Raw Foods Demo, Sampling and Tasting

 

This project is sponsored by the San Francisco Vegetarian Society, a

non-profit organization that has been in the Bay Area for over 25

years promoting a plant-based diet as a healthful and humane way of

life. The Society hosts events throughout the year such as World

Vegetarian Day Festival, vegetarian potlucks, picnics, raw foods and

cooking demos, dining out and lectures. The Society is run entirely

by volunteers.

To cover the cost of ingredients and materials: there is a charge of

$2 for SFVS and SFLiving Foods members, and $5 for non-members.

 

Vegan Menu

 

Sushi maki (everyone who tasted it love it !)

Dipping sauce for sushi (....extraordinary...)

Layered fruit pudding (a very elegant dessert and very impressive)

 

Party-fancy spaghetti with sauce (colorful, simple, raw and tasty)

Vegan caesar salad (....no eggs and no anchovies….)

Chocolate truffles (absolutely raw and delicious....you can ask Dixie)

You can prepare the above menu as your regular meal or for parties

and potluck. They taste so good and very impressive.
