Guest guest Posted January 10, 2003 Report Share Posted January 10, 2003 What is food combining? Is it worthwhile? What are the rules? Washing fruits and vegetables: Is this worthwhile? Do you scrub, or just rinse? I read/heard somewhere that part of the reason our bodies don't make b12 is that we don't have the right bacteria in our intestines. Bacteria in the dirt gets into our intestine and makes b12, this does not happen if we wash our food. What about the risks of e-coli, etc?
