Hello Siri ,

I think Peter sent your mail on to me.I went " raw " and had a terrible

time. Was on for six weeks and then started getting dizzy , nause all you

said. One day it was so bad I went to the emergence ward at the clinique.I

had a blood presure count of 19.9 !!!

Dr.'s could find no reason till I mentioned my diet .They told me to stop

it at once and get a blood count.I also bout a wrist BP meter. The Dr. said I

had gone onto the diet to fast. The shock was to much for the body.

I was so bad for about ten days I could not work and spent most time in bed.

With medication and normal food after almost three weeks I feel fine.I will

try again " raw " BUT LITTLE BY LITTLE .

" " RUSTI "
