I'm eating avocadoes again. The dogs can go back to eating coco nuts

Frederic says you can eat 1 to 2 avocadoes per day (I was eating from

5 to 10). He also says " Unless you simply dislike them I do not

recommend avoiding avocadoes and nuts. You can eat them regularly

with benefit. "

Peter Yes feel that I owe my success as a rawfoodist, to David Wolf,

and his sunfood triangle. I think it would be to hard for a

transitioning person to also cut down on raw fats. I consider " Raw

Secrets " to be advanced stuff.

Thanks Doug,

And please give the dog at least a bone. Carnivores

guts are designed for raw meat, not stuff out of a

tin.

I have taken to the odd coco nut thinking that

it is probably a good source of vegetable fat plus

I like the feeling after eating one. Any special

reason why you have them down for dog food?
