Guest guest
Hey, I've been dealing with a canker sore on my lower lip for at least 2 months now. I've been about 100% raw for this time and I realize the growth is probably a result of the detoxing- It shows no signs of going away- in fact it looks bigger. It is not necessarily painful- but I certainly feel it. It is solid and not poppable (I tried with a pin- which is perhaps not the best thing to have done). I've tried applying poltices of peroxide and baking soda, soaking it in a water/peroxide/baking soda solutions, tea tree oil- nothing has worked. I've even tried a weekend of eating some cooked meals to slow down the detox process and give the canker a chance to break up. Nothing. I'm not big on doctors anymore- but I'm not sure what to do. Wait it out? Any suggestions? Thank you!
Guest guest
I would bet my last euro that you are eating or drinking something that is causing the problem. It may be something that you think is fine. For example, when I stopped eating what I thought were fresh olives from the market - surely much better than eating the oil - I found bad problems with calluses on my feet went!
