Guest guest
thanks for the recipe, Wisteria! But, isnt the cake part of the cake missing? I see a list of ingredients for the crust and the icing, but no cake. OR is the sliced fruit considered the cake? Have you made this? I've never seen a crust that could go *over* fruit. Is it supposed to be more like crumbles that are sort of sprinkled over the fruit? SHould the whole thing come out like an apple brown Betty or a cobbler more than a cake? Or am I just not picturing it right? thanks! kim --- wisteria <wisteria wrote: > Sergei's Young Coconut Dream Cake > > Crust: > - 1 cup raw unsoaked walnuts > - 1/2 cup of your favorite pitted dates > - 1/4 cup young coconut water > - 4 table spoons of raw carob > > 1. Guest guest
Yeah...you just layer it & viola! I'd say more like a cobbler. Actually you could do it any way you like & switch it around to suit you. Play! W. «·.,¸¸,.·´¯`·.»§«(¨`v´¨).»§«.·´¯`·.,¸¸,.·» ` v´
