Raw food groups/resources in Minneapolis, MN?

Hi all,

 

I may be taking a contract in Minneapolis, MN and was wondering if

there are any raw food groups/resources there that I might take

advantage of. So far I've only located the Whole Foods online! ;D

PS: I've lived in California my whole life and never been to

Minnesota, especially in the Winter...so additional advice would be

appreciated!

Hi Tim,

Someone on this list mentioned a raw food restaurant in the Twin

Cities but I don't remember the name of it. There are some good co-

ops in that area also and health food stores. Maybe just checking the

phonebook while there would be of some help. The co-ops have a

monthly newsletter that advertises other stores in the area. Good

luck. Be prepared for the cold weather in Minnesota. I live in

central Minnesota and love the changing of the seasons.
