Guest guest
Hi Muk, I don't understand how estrogen, a female hormone, can cause male pattern baldness in women. Male hormone is not estrogen it is testosterone. How does that work? I have read many positives about soya and have used it for most of the last 50 of my 59 years. Soya was a BIG help when going through the menopause naturally.. Manopause can still give still have side effects depending on a combination of factors including genes. Just because we are on great diets does not mean we have the sun, fresh air, exercise, sleep, and mental poise away from the stressors of modern life required. Wondering? Male hormone is not estrogen it is testosterone. How > It doesn't. The lack of estrogen that occours during menopause means a slightly elevated increase in testosteron levels. Testosterone is the *trigger* for the male-pattern-baldness gene. It may take a very little amount of time, or a great deal, but *if* the gene is present, the testosterone will trigger it, and that balding process will begin. Simple as that, really. -- ---- http://www.carolinetigeress.com ---- From our faith, comes our strength, as our faith comes from within to without, so does our strength.
