A bio-chemist, Ryan Drum hand harvests the kelp, after testing the ocean water, picking only the long leaves, and leaving the plant in tact. http://www.partnereartheducationcenter.com/ryan.html I love this kelp, and I was not sea-veggie friendly. Thanks for the pointer I wonder how it is dried and whether dried Kelp has about the same clout as fresh.
