Hi!

My name is Brenna. I just joined this list and I am just starting to " go

raw. " It's been about two weeks, actually. I would love to know some good

books to read. I've read Living Foods for Optimum Health. It's ok, but I

would like something more motivational and preferably on the positive side.

Of course I have so many more questions to ask, but I'll save them until

reading the great books you recommend!

Hi Brenna,

Try any or all of Dr. Norman Walker's books. He has a series of small books and

you can find them on amazon.com if you search on his name. They are excellent!

I'm also new and just transitioning to raw. I recently

read paul nison's books and thoroughly enjoyed them.

What's great about them is that he interviews many

people in the rawfood movement to give you lots of

different perspectives...

David Wolfe in his Sun Food Success System is the " guru " !

He will probably be most of what you need.
