We invite you to join us for a sublime weekend of

mindfulness meditation, emotional exploration, and

sharing... As the peak colors of autumn ease our

transition into winter, let us come together to deepen

our understanding of ourselves and of life.

To live fully in the present moment requires that you

touch deeply the Happiness and Bliss that is always

here and now.

We will use the practices of mindfulness, guided

relaxation, chanting, singing, emotional growth,

mindful consuming, journaling, and movement to realize

Happiness Now.

There will be free time for enjoying the outdoor

jacuzzi, canoeing, and hiking the trails on the New

Life's beautiful 100 acres.

You will also enjoy 6 fresh organic gourmet

living-food vegetarian meals.
