New to raw foods with a question about acne

Hi,

About four months ago I adopted a vegan diet for health reasons and now I

would like to move on to a raw foods diet. I know I would like to start off

slowly and work my way up the percentage scale. Right now, I am eating raw

foods throughout the day and consuming one cooked meal in the evening.

Honestly, I think I have been raw fooding about 3 times a week for the past four

months but I didn't know I was doing it.

From reading your posts, I have learned that my body went through detox over

the past few months. Most of my symptoms have disappeared except for the acne.

It's not severe. My complexion just doesn't look clear. Will it clear up? I

will take any suggestions, advice, etc..
