Guest guest Posted September 13, 2002 Report Share Posted September 13, 2002 Hi, About four months ago I adopted a vegan diet for health reasons and now I would like to move on to a raw foods diet. I know I would like to start off slowly and work my way up the percentage scale. Right now, I am eating raw foods throughout the day and consuming one cooked meal in the evening. Honestly, I think I have been raw fooding about 3 times a week for the past four months but I didn't know I was doing it. From reading your posts, I have learned that my body went through detox over the past few months. Most of my symptoms have disappeared except for the acne. It's not severe.
