Guest guest
Dear Holly, Me, too, very allergic to corn. I have a list of a couple hundred ingredients derived from corn, and I can't touch any of them. They're even putting a corn derivative/preservative in some bottled water right now!! Anyway, nice to meet a fellow corn sufferer. Best, Diane Finance - Get real-time stock quotes http://finance.
Guest guest
Actually I do have some sort of issue with corn in general. It has never tested positive on any tests and sometimes bothers me and sometimes doesn't in food, lotions, etc. So I'm not sure if it's an allergy or extreme intolerance of it. I've learned so much bad information about corn that I try to avoid it in all forms regardless. Corn syrup is the absolute worst for me, but cornstarch and plain corn affect me too. Luckily I'm starting to see more organic products without it. Guest guest
The allergist explained to me, you can be sensitive to certain foods but not actually allergic. I'm sensitive to citrus fruits but the patch test only showed up with cow's milk allergy.
