Hi all. Once again thanks for all the advice on organic produce. I

have stated befor that I am relatively new to the raw food life

style. However, in that short period of time I have experinced weight

reduction. I am pleased. I am someone who has struggled with weight

all my life. I wasnt looking for another fad diet. I was just looking

to be healthy and live a full life. I would gladly apprecite anyone

who can share their weight loss experience with me

Hi,

It is refreshing to hear someone say they came to raw foodism to

become healthy instead of coming to raw foodism to lose weight!!

Bravo! Most people come to this list saying their main goal is to

lose weight. I started to lose weight when i first started eating

raw, but i'm not a heavy person, so i started to look like bones and

muscle (My mom said i looked scrawny!). I added more avocados to my

diet and now maintain a healthy weight--my natural weight, i would

say. Avocados are my favorite food, so i didn't mind adding them in

greater quantity to my diet!
