We perceive by making distinctions.

 

There are the distinction rich and the distinction poor.

 

The rich learn how to create their own distinctions and so become

richer.

 

We are learning the distinction between raw and cooked.

 

This is hard to do and there are traps along the way.

 

Perfectionism is a trap.

 

Orthorexia is a trap.

 

Obsession is a trap.

 

When you are in a trap, you don't continue struggling.

 

You just do something different.

 

Something quite small.
