Guest guest
Raw potatoes are wonderful for us. They actually taste great. Try them as a snack in slices. I eat sweet potatoe mostly. I alsu juice both types. As to meat (flesh) eaten raw. I do eat sashimi on occasion. I try to stay away from fish though due to the high mercury levels it contains. I think this " raw food group " is referring mainly to raw fruits, veggies, nuts and food grown from the earth. I certainly would cook all meats. You would be surpised though how much you can change tastebuds. Children can grow to love raw foods. It's innate in all of us. We've just contaminated our tastebuds with the toxic foods our society promotes. Try weaning your children onto raw foods. It may take awhile, but it can be done.
