It is mentioned in a Raw Food recipe but the recipe does not explain what it is. Is it represented in the recipes or as a recipe? I'm curious now too. I don't prepare many meals from recipe books though. I'm sure it can really spice up a raw food diet. Does anyone has a special recipe that's simple and that they'd like to share? Any book recommendations concerning the Raw Food Diet?
