I was worried about the baby so I have not been eating as much raw food for the past 2 days. I was going through intense detox and I didn't want to put a fetus through that and possibly give him/her my toxins that my body is stirring up. How close to raw can I be and still be safe for my baby? What would you suggest I eat and do while pregnant. I want to continue eating healthy as to have a healthy pregnancy and child.
