Guest guest Posted February 25, 2002 Report Share Posted February 25, 2002 Ingredients: <br>2 ripe avocados<br>1 small onion, minced<br>1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced<br>1 small tomato, chopped<br>1 lime, juiced<br>salt and pepper to taste <br> <br>Directions:<br> Peel and mash avocados. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, 1/2 of the lime juice, salt and pepper. Taste the dip. Add the rest of the lime juice and more salt and pepper if you would like.
