Guest guest
I was really cold in november and december (I was 100% raw since May of last year) so I ate cooked food (vegan) and it did help with the coldness, but I ended up feeling sluggish and then got the flu...so I went back to 100% raw, got rid of the flu and now eat either a cayenne or jalapeno pepper a day. It definately keeps you warm. If you can't eat it by itself, make some salsa with either or both types of peppers and dig in. I haven't been cold since. Guest guest
A really good way to combat the cold is to take cold showers or immerse yourself in naturally cold waters (like a stream, river, ocean, etc.) during the winter time. It really works!! The more you are in cold weather and take air baths and water baths in it the more resistant you become. It's like a homeopathic thing.
