I cant find anything that shows fats and sugars

are bad together. In fact everything I find says the

combination is good. The fat slows down the digestion of the

sugar and lowers its glycemic index. The glycemic index

is a measurement of how FAST a food raises your

blood sugar. Not of how much it raises it over all.

Avocados are less than 2% protein. I still cannot find the

glycemic index of avocados but, diebetecs can eat them so

they must be ok. Here is a link to the story

you all are having a hard time with the

price of avocados. So how about growing your own. Here

bear fruit as a house

Yes I don't think you'll find anything about

combining sugars and fats in most of the medical

literature. You'll only find it as far as I know with what

Dr. Graham teaches.

What he has found is that

by combining fats and sugars the blood sugar levels

stay elevated for extended periods of time. Why

because you now can't digest the sugars quickly. The fat

slows the digestion of the sugar. The sugar can't be

digested until the fat is digested. This leaves you with a

high blood sugar for 6 hours or more.

I used

to be hypoglycemic and I've had no problem at all

once I stopped combining fats and sugars. All I have

to do is consume enough sugars from fruit so that I

get enough calories. Then I feel satisfied.

If you look in nature most foods are either high in

sugar or fat. They usually aren't high in both. So it

seems like natures plan that foods at least don't

combine the fats and sugars. It's funny how we have so

much data and much of it could be wrong.

Many

of Dr. Graham's theories fly in the face of

conventional wisdom and yet he has helped people break world

records with his nutrition program. Since applying many

of his ideas I have certainly experienced peak

performance in many areas including athletics. Go to

http://www.doctorgraham.cc for

more info on his theories.

Thanks for

the link on the indoor avocado plants. I'll check it

out.

Roger Haeske
<a href=http://www.superbeing.com
