Guest guest Posted January 24, 2002 Report Share Posted January 24, 2002 Just a quick question...Im sort of new to preparing some raw foods.<br>I have a lot of recipies that sound really great that involve raw almonds and coconuts.<br> I was wondering if anyone has any advice on preparing either of these.<br>I know you have to buy unblanched almonds and soak for about a day to sprout. After they sprout and Im preparing them, should I discard the skins?
