Guest guest
Hi Gina,

I'm still learning about natural hygiene, but I was wondering why milk thistle would be considered poisonous? I've heard it is used in the hospitals in Germany to treat patients who have ingested the death cap mushroom, it blocks the poison from entering the liver cells. Without the milk thistle the liver would be destroyed and the only option would be a liver transplant. Also in numerous clinical studies, milk thistle has been shown to have therapeutic effects in treating several types of liver ailments such as cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, and fatty infiltration of the liver.

Jen
