Guest guest
Hi,

That's excellent that you've been raw 15 days, keep up the good work. The least processed nuts and seeds are almonds and sunflower seeds. The article suggested is a good one but does not say about organic nuts. It's also a good idea to soak nuts and seeds as they naturally contain enzyme-inhibitors which need to be de-activated by a few hours of soaking.

What happens when you go on to a raw diet is that your body will take the opportunity to loose toxins and unhealthy cells and fat. Your weight will drop along with the toxins and you will reach an 'even plateau' whre you may stay for a little while. Your body will then start to re-build healthy cells. You need to accept this and go with this process. Do include nuts and seeds in your diet as you would not obtain sufficient nutrients on an all-fruit diet these days unfortunately, in my opinion.

Gina
Guest guest
Welcome to our club! Wow! I congratulate you on going raw for so many days. Did you go raw cold turkey or did you work your way into it? I want to go raw very badly.... I am a carbohydrate addict. Good luck.
Amy
