Guest guest
Dear Hanneke,

At first our mother chose our food.

And choosing one's own food, such as raw, is a way of growing up.

At first our mother gave us conversation. We listened to her for our mother tongue, Engish.

By overhearing this first conversation with mother, we can start to choose our own conversation.

Our mother taught us what to eat, what to believe and what to say.

I think it is wise to be grateful to our mother. And to continue to grow and develop, it is wise to learn for ourselves. This means discovering that our mother was good and bad for us, and sorting out which is which. Our mother was not perfect and there is no need for us to be perfect.

So we can continue to learn, grow and develop.

Raw food can be a pathway to becoming our own person.

A pitfall on the path is perfectionism. It is a pitfall because it freezes us and stops us from learning for ourselves.

My grandmother told me: love many, trust few and paddle your own canoe.

Victor.
