Hi, i've been a member for a while reading all

the info in the post. i'm attempting to change my

lifestyle to rawfoods. i tried for 10 days but backslid.

Victor, question, what recipes do use with yr veggies and

vitamix. Doesnt the vitamix totally liquify the veggies -

isnt it more like juicing or soup or even smoothie.
Any recipes or links to raw veggie recipes w/blender

or vitamix would be extremely appreciated from u or

other members. Thanks.

Namaste.
Linda D.

Dear Linda,

Backsliding is

interesting.

Learning involves comparing two things and learning what

is the difference. So if I compare cooked food and

raw food I am sure to find some difference. Then it

is possible to decide to eat more raw food or more

cooked. Some like 90% raw, some prefer 60%. What is

important, I think, is to allow yourself to experiment and

find what you like. Then, in my opinion, share it with

a friend. People love to be fed.

On the

other hand backsliding implies a moral failure. But in

experimenting with raw food, there is no failure. There is what

you learn and what you like. And sharing what you

like with your friends.

When you experiment

with raw food, I would like you to share your

feelings, your discoveries and preferences with us in our

raw food club.

You ol' backslider,

you!

Victor.
