Hello all, havent been here for a while

Just popped in to say hi. I haven't been in here

in quite some time. I have been finding eating raw

food takes tons of disipline for me. I just got done

eating a snickers bar, I cant wait to give that candy

away to someone at work this week. It is such a

weekness for me. I feel bad eating it but it was saying

Eat Me, Eat ME! lol.<br>So im again going back to

eating better but I need motivation because of the

holidays comming up. I have weekness around the holidays

because my mom cooks all of these mouth watering meals

and then stacks them up for left overs. My mom is a

meat eater, a smoker, and doent really care about her

health. I have tried draging her out to exercize with me

but she always gives the excuse that she is too

buisy. So having a mom who cooks all this food doesnt

help but I still go by at least a 40% raw food diet as

of late but my goal is at least 70%. Any motivation

is encouroging because I find it hard to be the

wierd pickle in the family who has a totally different

diet than everyone else.
