Guest guest
Hi folks,

I just thought I'd share with you a post I made about raw foods at my Imagination Science Group on . Some of the members seemed to feel that diet has very little to do with manifesting their dreams via their creative imagination. I of course posted some contrary opinions. Maybe Art would like to make a post in my club to help the members there on the raw topic and spirituality. This is a long post so I'll have to make it in several parts for this club.

Unleash your Imaginative Powers to live a Magical Life. I know of at least one author in the New Thought field who used to say that diet didn't make a difference until he discovered raw foods and then had a change of tune. Unfortunately I don't remember which author this was but he was fairly prominent and current. Even most of the yogis from India did not know of the powers of raw foods but some did and had wonderful results. I discovered these Spiritual and New Thought kind of teachings well before I knew anything about how diet affects you.

Without the proper diet I myself certainly would not be able to have success with these methods. I went through 6 1/2 years of depression and panic attacks. I tried every sort of visualization technique and spiritual technique. I had problems visualizing. I also believed that diet had nothing to do whatsoever with my state of mind. I thought it was ridiculous to say that the diet had any effect on the mind at all.

I was so wrong. The first day I changed my diet I was healed of my 6 1/2 years of depression. I was happy again and able to think clearly and visualize properly. In fact during my depression I gained tremendous self discipline in my mind. Because I had to constantly force myself to think positively just to barely make it through the work day without falling apart and having panic attacks. Every day, became Imagination Day for me.

I've also met over 50 raw Foodists who have experienced a deep spiritual upliftment by eating a raw food diet. Raw food is not the only thing that has to be done for spiritual awareness, but it does help many people.
