Guest guest
Another fantastic thing that is happening to me is that my eyesight is improving. Although I don't think that my technique is totally responsible for that. The main reason my sight is getting better is because I refuse to wear my glasses now except under a situation of absolute need.

I just looked at my eye chart at home and my vision has improved quite a bit. I'm 20/40 now. I used to be 20/100 just two weeks ago. Everyday I don't wear my glasses I start seeing better and better. I feel less strain on my eyes as I wear my glasses less.

There are some books out there that are great on the topic of improving your eyesight without glasses. I just started reading a massive book by Thomas R. Quackenbush called, " Relearning to See. " It is a very comprehensive book and teaches you how to improve your eyesight without glasses. I also highly recommend " Take Off Your Glasses and See, " by Jacob Liberman, O.D., Ph.D. The classic book on this is " The Bates Method for Better Eyesight Without Glasses, " by William H. Bates, M.D.

The key to great vision apparently is to relearn to see without any stress or trying. Once I took off my glasses I realized I had tremendous stress on my eye muscles. For some reason the muscles that control my eyes are constantly straining. Once I learn how to fully relax this I expect to be able to see 20/20 or even better.

Other benefits I've experienced since using my Peak Performance and Super Health Technique. I have way more energy. I can get more work done. My mind is much more sharp and smart. I run like the wind now. I am 34 years old and I think I am running faster now than when I was 20 years old. (I'm haven't changed my workout at all.) I can also stand on my feet for many more hours without getting sore feet. For me this means a greater capacity to earn money. Because I can work longer days before having to quit due to fatigue.

I've experienced several other benefits as well that I'll post at some time in the near future. Or maybe I'll post my thank you letter to Dr. Graham for his help in telling how to properly do this technique.

Here is a nice quote related to our Imaginative Faculty. " Desire exists to be gratified in the activity of the imagination, while satisfaction is in existence because it is the activity of the imagination. " I find this to be so true.

I got this from " The Far Country, " by Paul Twitchell. Of course he probably plagiarized that quote from the book " Awakened Imagination, " by Neville. I just don't remember if that quote is in " Awakened Imagination, " or not.

Be Raw, Roger Haeske

Unleash your Imaginative Powers to live a Magical Life.
