Guest guest Posted October 29, 2001 Report Share Posted October 29, 2001 I'd like to share with all of you some of the miracles I have been experiencing over the last couple of months with the 100% Raw Food Vegan Diet. <br><br>Here is an amazing thing. I am sleeping much less. Tonight I decided to go jogging at about 1am in the morning. (At least according to what the time was yesterday, before the end of daylight savings.) I am realizing that I have to start planning to do more things because I won't be sleeping as much. This is totally awesome. I used to need about 8.5 hours of sleep and now its closer to around 7 to 7.5 hours on average. <br><br>Even if I get much less sleep than that (like 5 hours), I can make it through the day without feeling tired. I just will want to go to bed a bit earlier. I used to be all groggy and wanting to go to sleep all day if I didn't get enough sleep in the past. The longer I am going raw the less sleep it seems that I need. Also I don't wake up groggy anymore.
