Guest guest
I'm 100%, or 99% whatever, raw.

I've read a lot of pros and cons, but I'm taking B-12 to be on the safe side. Until I can get to the place where I am able to eat a lot of organic unwashed produce, I think it is best. My wife, who is also raw, was having cravings for meat and yeast. I convinced her to take a B-12 and an iodine supplement last night, and she felt better this morning.

Iodine, because we don't use iodized table salt. Salt you buy in the store is iodized, which is good, but it is also refined and heated to the point where it is chemically altered. They also add aluminum derived ingredients to keep it dry and pour smoothly. But this turns it into a " poison. " I don't mean it is deadly (at least not in the short run) but, it's not good for you.

I'm a salt lover, so what I do is buy real salt as it comes from the mine, unprocessed. It has a few brown mineral specs in it and cakes up a bit, but in it's natural state, is good for you. The way you can tell if salt is good is to put a couple of teaspoons in a glass of water and stir until disolved. If it turns cloudy, it is " poisonous " and causes health problems, ei high blood pressure. If the water is clear, it is real salt and is okay.

I also take concentrated liquid colidal trace minerals. Food can be organic and still be nutritionally deficient from growing in mineral depleted soil. We also add a bit if it to our purified water.

FWIW
