Dear Victor,

Haven't got any answers to

put your mind at rest re this Victor.
Not sure if

an instigator talking to himself is the saddest

thing, answering him yourself could well be.

Not

sure either whether we are supposed to just accept

things or try and understand before we accept. Not

understanding often results in things falling by the

wayside.

Anyway, I wonder if you would care to share with us how

you fared with your waterfast earlier this year. I

understood you did this for the purpose of lowering blood

presure. In spite of diet, my blood pressure is well out

of control (and no, chechrawman, it's not salt!),

was given tablets - of course - which lists as one of

the rarer side effects: heart failure. Yea right.

Anyway, a request to my gp to supervise a fast/detox I

was told: I don't believe in this, if you get sick

doing that by al means come in. Guess I got the answer

and kind of support I expected.

So please, if

you have a minute would you mind telling us some

about your fast?

Hanneke

As far as I know from speaking with older persons

and also from personal experience, the following is

entirely true about high blood pressure: IT IS CAUSED BY

AGGRAVATION! Of course, there can be other

physiological/nutritional causes; yet if those factors are correct, adding

aggravation will bring on a case of high blood

pressure.

Attempt to remove those aggravations even though you may

thing you 'shouldn't' or even 'can't'. Just thinking

these things can raise blood pressure.

The side

effect of blood pressure meds which startled me is

diabetes (can't remember where I read this).

Sue
