Guest guest
A while back I posted a message about having three friends who were deathly ill. Two of which had pancreatic cancer. I now only have one friend with pancreatic cancer. We spread the others ashes on his favorite beach saturday. I think a lot about somthing I read, I think it was in Natures First Law, that goes; " The most important decision you will make in your life is what you put into your mouth " .

Doug
Guest guest
Doug,
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. It is true that we are what we eat. When someone passes on, I always remind myself that that person's body died, but the person really does live on. Perhaps we all have lessons to be learned in this lifetime.
Marlene
Guest guest
Doug, I'm so sorry reading about your friend and thank you for sharing this with us. I would like to add another line to the one you read, and that is: we owe that to ourselves. A thought most people I believe do not consciously entertain.
